Email Blasts · Auction Marketing · Products We Build

Signal 47 sends industrial email campaigns, produces auction catalogue marketing, and builds and runs its own apps and publications. Most of what's on this site is work already out in the world rather than a list of services.

The short version

Three things, in catalogue order.

Lot 01
Campaigns

Email blasts

Industrial email campaigns to a list built for the offer — by geography, SIC and NAICS code, and job title. Design, build, send, and a report that says what actually happened.

  • Lists from 19,999 to 59,999
  • HTML design and build
  • Custom list targeting
  • Full campaign reporting

Lot 02
Print & email

Auction marketing

Catalogue brochures and flyers for online industrial auctions, generated from a written spec rather than rebuilt by hand for every sale.

  • Print-ready PDF and web JPG
  • Lot photo prep and captions
  • Matching email campaigns
  • Built to a sale date

Products

Things we build

Two map apps, an industrial news site and a used-equipment store — all live, all ours, all built and maintained in-house.

  • Trekmark — trip planning
  • Keith's Map — live transit
  • The Industrial Digest — news
  • Fanuc Express — e-commerce
See how it works

Live and running

Built and maintained in-house.

These aren't case studies written after the fact. They're sites, apps and a storefront that have to keep working every day.

trekmark.app

Trekmark

A trip planner built on the map: categorised pins, ratings, photos and notes, with accounts, cross-device sync, and share links anyone can open without signing up.

keithsmap.com

Keith's Map

Live beach transit for the Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach corridor. Two operators, near-identical vehicles, one map that tells riders which is which and what's coming.

fanucexpress.com

Fanuc Express

A Shopify storefront selling used FANUC equipment, started in 2020 — merchandising, listings and fulfilment, running as a real business rather than a demo.

theindustrialdigest.com

The Industrial Digest

An industrial news site for engineers, plant managers and procurement staff, with standing coverage of manufacturing, automation, machinery sales and industrial auctions.

How the work runs

A send date doesn't move, so the process doesn't drift.

Auction work set the pattern and everything else inherited it.

Step 1

Spec

Dates, lists, copy and brand rules get written down once, in a document we both work from.

Step 2

Build

The piece is generated to that spec — layout, grid, type sizing and crops handled programmatically.

Step 3

Review

You mark up the actual rendered proof. Corrections go back into the spec so they stay fixed.

Step 4

Send

Approved proof, then it goes out — followed by a report on what it did.

The experience behind it

Over thirty years in industrial, most of it in the equipment itself.

Refinery and plant reliability engineering first, then industrial electronics, servo repair, surplus and MRO — engineering, then operations, then e-commerce and marketing. Signal 47 comes out of that, not out of advertising.

That history includes founding RepairZone.com, still trading twenty years later, and launching CNCsalvage.com, MROauction.com and MROrecovery.com. The places this equipment gets sold are ones we've built before. The products aren't abstract here.
